I got freaking skin allergy!

on my special day. lol. 1 year anniversary.

and i cant go to work because of this. what a sad sad thing.

i need money! i need to shop. i feel very uncomfortable if i didnt. lol.

so anyway back to this stupid red and itchy and hot and pain skin. i woke up early today planing to get some fresh and cheap veges in the Otago Farmers Market.

and after i get change i look out the window and thought 'awww, what a nice day. some sun too.'

so i decided to use this cream that my aunt gave it to me. its a moisturizing cream with 20 spf.

and off i go i the market. happily. and to my horror when i came back looking like a freaking red tomato. and my face felt so hot. it was burning.

so i quickly wash wash my face with cold water and cleanser. and until now im still having a super red face.

i used this cream many times before and nothing happens. i don't know why this time my skin reacted to it so badly.

i have very sensitive skin. and i do have eczema too. so yea, i cant simply use any thing on my face.

How to pipe chocolate

I promise to make this tutorial for my good friend Yien AGES ago. and i promise i did actually plan to make this post and i even snap all this pictures like ages ago. on Valentines Day actually. i think.

but i guess i got too lazy? lol.

well anyway, hope she is not mad. and will still find this tutorial useful.

this is my version of how to pipe chocolate to like decorate anything. cakes, chocolate, cookie, bars, whatever you can think of.

and this is an easy way to do it with stuff that home bakers always have around the house.

All you need is,

Baking Paper and Chocolate of your choice

Take out the baking paper

And cut it to this shape
try not to cut it too small or else you will have problem piping the chocolate

Then, put the amount of chocolate you think you will be using on a bowl
and microwave it in medium heat for 30 second

Then take it out and stir it
if its not fully melted put it back in and heat it again
BUT not too long as you don't want to burn your chocolate

take it out and stir it till you get a smooth texture melted chocolate

Next, take the sort of triangle baking paper that you cut earlier

and overlap it from 1 side to the other like the picture
to form a cone

Like this
Hold it nicely, not hard enough to crush the paper and not too soft till you lose the cone shape

Then, scoop the melted chocolate and put it into the cone
you have to work with this fast because the chocolate will be harden very quickly when its cool
and it will block the tip of the cone where the chocolate comes out
Then, hold the nicely and start squeezing the wider part of the cone so that the chocolate will flow out from the tip of the cone

Start piping whatever you want to pipe

PS: if you wanna pipe chocolate on something else before putting on whatever you want to decorate. Example, like i pipe my chocolate on baking paper before i take them and decorate my truffles. Anyway, what im trying to say is, in this situation, always pipe your chocolate on baking paper because it pop out easily (it doesn't stick on the baking paper), therefore easier to handle. but keep in mind that it is very fragile.

I can't believe that dummy is leaving tomorrow. well, not back to Hong Kong. but to Queenstown for a ski holiday for 5 days with his family. what a lucky idiot.

even i dont even get a chance to go on a ski holiday. especially to Queenstown. i heard that everything is just so bloody expensive there. but i guess it will be totally worth it. cause Lord of The Ring was shoot there. lol.

Im so not kidding. the breath taking views in the Lord of The Ring is stunning right? and its from Queenstown.

How i wish to go there one day. and go for sking and maybe bungee jumping. well, if i have the balls to do that when the day come. lol.

He will be back on the Friday which is on the 10th and our 1st year anniversary is on the 11th. =)

but, sadly i have to work on that night, on our anniversary. and since money is so important to me now. we are going to have our anniversary dinner on the 12th, the Sunday.

well, i might change my mind and call in sick though. lol.

anyway, hope he brings me back ice cream. lol. he says there is this place in Queenstown that has really yummy ice cream. its so yummy that he dont mind driving all the way there just to buy the ice cream, eat it and drive all the way back here. lol.

but i guess he cant bring any back for me though. cause i bet it will melt when he is on the way back here. T___________T

i should actually get a phone with a freaking camera. im so regretting it right now.

Catching Up

I am just so !@#^& tired right now. and laying on my bed is totally not making me feeling any better.

my legs is so sore cause somehow it was too cold last night that i woke up due to overly pain of my left leg. i was having crams.

and until now it still have that tingling annoying hurt feeling that is still there. and thats making me feel crapy.

plus my right shoulder hurt. seems like i strain my muscle. maybe from the way i sleep or something. the pain has been there for like 2 bloody days! T_________T

i got this huge bruise on my left arm and left leg. and guess what i dont even know how i get them.

and because i am freaking anemic these bruises take agessssssss to heal.

i always love to annoy Kaleb and accuse him that he cause those bruises on me. i get bruises very often. T____________T

hopefully i dont die because of this. lol.

dont think just because i look big i am strong. im just big bone. lol. and im a walking soft tofu.

well, anyway. work 5 freaking hours today. bloody tired.

and come home to this empty house with no one but me. how sad. ='(

Kelly took the 5 hour bus to Christchurh today to have fun with her boyfriend and left me here all alone. what an ass. lol. just kidding. who knows maybe not having her here might be fun. whole room for myself.

Working every have been really tiring. how i wish i can can a break from all this.

but i know once i take a break, i will definitely become more lazy. and i didn't get my motivation to work.

yea. my pay keeps me motivated to work. i just feel damn good once i get paid, knowing that all my hard work its worth it.

my class is starting next week. therefore i will be studying while working. man, its just gonna be real tiring.

don't think just because im all the way in New Zealand i don't freaking get any red packets (angpaus).

in fact i got 2! yea i know, you must be thinking "cheh! only 2. so little" BUT! hold your thoughts people. the money in my 2 angpaus definitely worth more then you guys. LOL!

Tomorrow is Chinese New Year EVE! oh my gosh! reunion dinner!

i just cant wait for tomorrow.

and apparently there might be some event going on in town. so i am also looking forward to it. =)

and food, gosh the food for tomorrow. well, its not gonna something very grand. cause its just the both of us. =.= but well im happy enough. =D

and i actually plan to dress up for the dinner.

so its gonna be like, wear ugly old looking clothes to cook dinner. then, after the cooking is done. rush to the room and change to nice looking presentable clothes that is red. lol. what... its Chinese New Year. you have to wear red. its a tradition. lol.

so yea back to changing into red clothes. then probably tidy up my hair and stuff for picture purpose. lol.

yea i know im pretty lame but this is my version of reunion dinner. LOL.

and guess what, im working tomorrow at 7pm. kinda sad right? working on Chinese New Year Eve. and i guess, i will be working on Chinese New Year too. T_____________T

i bet people back in Malaysia will be busy happily enjoy the public holiday collecting angpaus. while the married couple that are giving the angpaus will be like "there goes my money". lol. =.=

and oh my gosh next week. next week is so gonna be a busy week for me.

First, i will probably work like 20 hours a week or more. which is definitely a good thing in term of getting more money. LOL.

and the bad thing about that is, i will end up being tired throughout the day. =.=

Second, Nelson and his girlfriend, Amy is coming back! on the Wednesday apparently. so yea, gonna be busy getting use extra people in the flat. what so busy about that. =.=

well anyway, Third, Moon's birthday is on Friday! and we plan to have hot pot instead of the yummy expensive Lone Star. =.= well, this is because due to some reasons so we decided to have a change of plans.

so yea, celebrating it at our flat's backyard. lol.

and Forth, i will be busy not bloging. yea, cause i will be busy being too busy so i will be busy not bloging any blog post. this busy'ness is making me so busy that i will have no time to blog. so yea im that busy being busy. LOL. confuse yet? =D

Yes i know, i know i have been slacking a lot. and im sorry guys. been busy and just being plain lazy.

as in lazy to walk to the library because of the shitty weather they have here in Dunedin. Take today for instance, its so freaking hot. like Malaysia sort of hot. there is no wind. and i don't even need to wear a jacket (which i always do most of the time, cause somehow im a real chicken when it comes to cold wind. LOL).

but yesterday, it was like windy and the clouds is like so gloomy. its like as if its gonna rain. so its not really hot as today.

Im telling you. Dunedin weather is really a pain in the ass sometimes. it can be sunny like a normal beautiful day. but suddenly in just an hour or so you can see the dark clouds start coming in and rain will start to pour. =.=

so lets say im wearing a skirt and a T-shirt with flip-flops cause its such a beautiful day. its warm and sunny. so nah, i don't think it will rain. but after chilling a bit in town, strong wind started to blow. skirt flying up. =.=

and you can see dark sky above your head. and then, BAM! it rain. and so "oh my gosh! its raining lets go back quick". end up getting wet cause i got no waterproof jacket with me. =.=

anyway, i don't know why. internet doesn't seem to interest me these days. =.=

and oh my gosh! Chinese New Year is just around the conner! this coming Monday!

Im not back in Malaysia to celebrate it with my family. no reunion dinner with them. T____________T

its not that im not happy. in fact i do feel quite thankful that Kelly is here with me having reunion dinner. imagine if she is not here. such a loner. =.=

but i miss my family and all those Chinese New Year cookies and food! and not to forget the angpaus. and every year i will always tie a red ribbon on the dogs. lol. i find it makes them look cute. =D

This is the first time im not home for Chinese New Year. imagine how much am i gonna miss.

First of all, im very sorry for the lack of updates. i notice that i have not blog for like 3 days now.

terribly sorry. i was busy.

what am i busy doing? in fact busy working i guess? lol. i have shift everyday this week. well not everyday. well, almost everyday. from Tuesday to Sunday. so yea, Monday was just my day off for this week.

but i love all this busy'ness. lol. =D

you know what. i was actually bloody piss the other day at that !#@#$%&* Nicole. after working there for like almost 2 months. i realize, that crap ass fella had actually been paying me lesser. in NZ, we have to deduct like 12.5% off our pay for tax.

and that crap ass fella, actually took 15.5% off me for tax.so you tell me where the money go? in her pocket! where else. wtf.

oh my gosh. i was so bloody piss when Kelly told me this. cause i asked Kelly to help me to my account for me.

i have this list with all the number of hours and days i works. so that i can count how much approximately i get paid a week. and to my horror, i found out that that @$#@% fella is sucking my money!

in my life i have never met such a mean Korean before. and guess what she still owes me 4 weeks of pay! 1 freaking month pay.

and this time i make sure she pays me the right amount.

damn. what a freaking !@#$%&* bitch.

Hope i have like something to pay back. lol.

now when she is not around, i always give the customer like heaps of rice for their dish. pour them more drinks with no extra charge. and etc etc. im trying to waste her resource. lol. i am such a mean ass.

Anyway, i meet Yi Tien over coffee yesterday to pick up my stuff that my parent pass it to her to give them to Kelly and me.

we had our catch up moment and it was great. didn't know that snowboarding was actually so much fun. and that sky diving is actually not very scary. lol. and surfing is actually very hard. =.=

i wish to go Queenstown one day for skiing, snowboarding, bungee jumping (if i have the balls to do that. probably when im tipsy. LOL), etc etc.

And i so wanna try surfing 1 day. maybe this year i should actually suggest to the boys lets go St. Clair Beach for surfing. pay $40 bucks for like an hour training. and 1-2 hours of self surfing. not bad ae? i mean like you even get the board and the suit.

i hope i have $40 bucks by then though. T_________________T

Last Sunday went to the church again. im like going to church almost every week ae?

anyway, i didn't actually plan to go this week. cause i thought that i was going to work at 12pm.

but Nichole gave that shift to someone else. T______________T

so i end up having no plans for the day.

so i decided to go to church with Kelly and to see Moon as well. didn't see him so often anymore since we move out from the old flat.

so yea. we went there. but since i woke up like 9ish in the morning again, i have heaps of time to spare.

so i decided to curl my hair. its been ages since the last time i curl my hair. Moon likes my curled hair though. but somehow my hair look really sucky in the pictures. it looked better reality though. lol.

YO! the princess is back. LOL. what a lame introduction. and now i sound so formal. =.=

well anyway cut the crap. today have been really, just damn enjoying. lol. and i mean enjoying is in food wise. lol.

i had Kelly's yummy egg bread for breakfast. and for lunch i had bibimbap made by the pastor's wife and it was just yummy. and for dinner i had spicy fish ball sambal with rice and Kelly's yummy new recipe: miso mash potato with shredded cabbage spring roll? lol. long name but im telling you its just damn yummy.

seriously i think im getting fat. i look rounder man. wtf.

and i have been eating like 3 meals a day. oh my gosh i feel so fat. usually i just ate like 2 meals? lol. cause i got up so late so i just usually have brunch instead of breakfast.

but these days i have been waking up at like half past 9 in the morning. so unbelievable ae?

but its true. i even set alarm to wake up that early. =.=

cause my lunch shift is at 11.30am so i have to get up that early. and i definitely cant go to work with an empty stomach. cause i believe that, i definitely wont have the energy to even serve the customer food. lol.

well even if i don't have any shifts on that day, i will also get up at like 10ish? cause Kelly will wake me up to have breakfast with her. =.=

and i have been eating heaps of ice cream! cause i bought a tub of vanilla ice cream cause i feel like having ice cream this week. i even mix my vanilla ice cream with some green tea powder. i dont know what i was thinking. i think i wanted green tea ice cream but i cant make up my mind. lol. but it was still yummy.

and also been eating a lot of Kahlua chocolates since last week.

so you tell me. how can i not be fat?

i seriously need to go on like a diet and do some hardcore exercise. lol.

im setting my new goal. to be a 48kg fella by the end of March. hopefully i be that thin by then. T________T

Back from work. well, not really back home. no net at the new place yet. sigh..

but apparently i heard that Nelson is coming back this Sunday. well, i hope. been really missing him since the day he left. lol. miss him saying "boring..." and him trying to sing Korean songs. lol.

anyway, when he is back i can finally buy stuff G-Market (Korean online store) cause Moon and I gonna use his credit card. i don't wanna use mine cause i don't want my dad to ask lots of questions so its better to just use Nelson's.

so yes, i can finally get colour contacts and probably a new purse and maybe some stockings too. =D hopefully Nicole paid me by then.

and 1 more good thing about Nelson coming back is, we have another member in the house. even though i said that i like the feeling of having the whole house to myself but sometimes i feel insecure too. cause the whole house is only occupied by Kelly and I.

so what if something happen? what if we got rob and shits. no one is there is to help the poor 2 girls there. T___________T LOL.

well anyway, back to the back from work part. today is the first time i have to work afternoon shift. and guess what. i was so confuse and blur. did some mistake but thank god Nicole is not there to scold me. =D

and i will be working later at 6pm again. this is what i like more shifts to keep me busy and tired so i will sleep early. lol. =D

but i got look at next week shift and guess what i think i just got like around 12 hours of work. T______________T

Finally the Friday that i have been waiting for is finally here. 5 days of not working is killing me.

i feel so bored in the flat. and maybe because of being free most of the time, lead me thinking to much shits which is totally not good at all.

how i wish i get shifts everyday. so im always busy. even though i might get tired. so what. just sleep it over. =)

even thought i might get scolding from Nicole but so what. as long i still get paid then its all good for me. =DD

so i have to go work later at 6pm. how i wish later i my shift will be for like 3+ hours. i will be so happy.

oh my gosh, as im typing this, i notice that i seem like a workaholic now. unbelievable! the lazy ass me who is even lazy to blog sometimes can even change to be a workaholic. =.=

cant help it. the feeling of getting paid after a week of hard work feels so good. lol. but Nicole just loves to put me off sometimes by paying me real late. that really puts me off. T______________T

anyway, its been like more then a week since i stayed in that flat. and you know what. i sort of like the feeling of having the whole house for myself i mean like just Kelly and Me.

i mean like, its always so tidy and clean. i don't mean the room though. im not fully done packing cause im waiting for Bea's answer about what to do with her stuff then i continue packing.

what i mean by clean and tidy is the kitchen. i love my kitchen to be clean. like sparkle clean. lol. and i bet it won't be the same anymore once the guys are back. unless they keep the place clean and tidy like how i am now. lol.

and every Sunday is flat clean up day. so every Sunday i will like spend an hour or 2 vacuuming the whole flat, cleaning around basically like wiping and stuffs.

and you know what, summer school officially started on Monday. and there are students flowing around the uni area. which is a good thing cause i miss seeing students walking around. lol.

i hope the Tokyo Garden [where i work] wont be that busy though. more busy = higher chances of making a mistake = higher chances of getting scold. LOL.

and guess what, Kelly got a job! like finally. she is working in Korean House now for that 1 week training. she don't get pay in that week but she do get food though. and she will be officially starting her shift on the end of January. hopefully.

im happy that she finally got a job. i don't have to see her sitting on the bed using her laptop everyday.

and one more good thing is she have income now. so i the grocery money will be split. =D

but the problem is she will get paid monthly instead of weekly. so means she might get paid on the end of February. so in the mean time i still have to do all the paying for groceries. T___________T

i thought of rewarding myself for working so hard to earn money for every week's grocery and other necessary expenses.

so i buy stuff for myself and i also buy stuff for Kelly. cause i love her. LOL.

guess where the hell am i? well, i guess from the tittle you already know where am i. im in the foundation building now.

oh gosh, so many memories are flowing through my brains now. how i miss those foundy days.

my 1st day of 2009 was basically so and enjoyable and tiring day. i started off going to church with Moon, Eric and Kelly. Moon loves to force me to church. =.=

then after the new year service we all had Korean rice cakes which was a Korean tradition. you eat that every new year. taste yummy too. lol.

anyway after that, we all came back and started our last minute packing.

we are moving on the 1st of 2009 and we are still not fully packed yet. =.=

well, lol. back to the flat. okay my conclusion is i find the flat very cold. cause the ceiling is very high so all the cold air is trap in the flat. thats why i love to chill at the backyard. plus the beautiful sunny sun makes me feel so warm outside instead of the cold flat.

i even wear jacket to walk around the flat in summer! this proves it is that cold. T_________T

My last day of 2008 was started off with waking up. LOL! of course. like duh!

Firstly, im so sorry about the previous post saying that i will be presenting you my 2009 resolution. well, i actually to post it up on the 31st of December. i feel it seems more meaningful that way. lol.

so yea. will be posting it up tomorrow and not today. apologies for the mistake. looks i download too much stuff till i go confuse. cause when i blog the post yesterday i thought i was the 30th already. cause i thought i was after 12.

but well, it not. today when i when into my blog only i notice that post was on the 29th.

and oh my gosh! tomorrow is the last day of 2008 man! i dont know why. some how i feel kinda excited. lol.

tomorrow is also my last night in this flat. this flat that i live when i first come NZ. 2 years here. lots of memories.

im planing to go to the Octagon tomorrow for the countdown and the fireworks. sounds like fun. hope i wont be too tired tomorrow. cause i will packing all my stuff tomorrow and make sure i left nothing behind.

i spend my few days stuck in front of the laptop downloading songs and magazines like mad. my downloads never even stop. once it stop i will definitely click download button to download more. lol.

i got like more then 50 magazines already. oh my gosh. all my hard work of clicking 'Download' and waiting time and my sore back for sitting too long on the crapy chair. T______T

And all the late nights of using the internet cause wanna wake full use of the net before i move out. lol. is causing me having dark under eye circles again. its getting obvious again.

how i wish human dont get eye blacks. why is even our body so weird to even turn black there.

whatever it is. i know how to fight back! LOL.

by putting cold tea bags on your eyes if believe to lighten eye blacks and reduce puffy eyes. i have research this and tried it myself and yes i find it working. but of course not over night. it take me like a week to see the result.

and 1 more way to reduse the eye blacks and puffs if to sleep early. the old school way.

My dad been presuring me to sleep early every night since the day i told him that i was having sleeping problem. =.=

im so sorry for the last of update these days. i am so busy downloading heap and HEAPS of japanese magazines.

i think i have downloaded like more then 50 magazines already and still on going. lol.

i love japanese magazines so much. ♥

one more reason why am i downloading so much like mad now is because i will be moving soon on the 1st of January. and my new flat does not have internet connection yet. how sad is that.

it i want to use the internet i have to go over to the uni and use it. which is like 10 minutes walk. lol.

well, anyway so i will be like bored in a flat with no internet. so yea thats one of the reason why am i downloading the magazines now.

last reason is i wanna use up all the landlord's internet gigs before i leave. LOL! make full use of the free internet connection. =D

the last week of 2008. in fact its less then a week before 2009. the last 4 days.

did you complete your 2008 resolution? did you even have 1?

Kelly and i was talking about resolution over dinner last night. she said its better to have 1. so that you set your goals. but whats the point of setting it if you know you won't complete it or you can't complete it.

come to think about it. maybe i should actually write down a long and i mean LONG list about my 2009 resolution.

well, i never had 1 before. i always just keep in mind what to do this year but not writing it out though. maybe thats why im so lost sometimes. LOL.

but well, no! im just born to be blur. lol. if you know me well enough you will notice that im hmm. lets give it out of 10. okay. you will notice that im 7/10 always blur. no no maybe 6/10. i dont wanna make myself sounds so dumb here. LOL.

anyway, back to resolution. ya. i think i should have 1. so in this 4 days im gonna get a paper and pen and sit on my bed and hug my baby [my pillow's name] and start thinking about the 2009 resolution. i hope i just wont fall asleep. lol.

ohya. talking about sleeping, my Isomnia is gone! i got a normal sleeping habit now. thank god. eye blacks are slowly going lighter. =D

anyway, 2008. lets see what is 2008 to me.

2007 i feel like i had more fun moments with the cousins and friends. i mean like when i was in foundation. there were more asian back there. way better then my small tiny number of classmate in 2008. and more kiwis instead of asians. well, im not trying to be rasist here but somehow im more open up to asians though.

2008, i had more crazy moments compare to 2007.

2008 is definitely less painful then 2007. no homesick. no sleepless nights from staying up in foundation. and definitely less tears. lol. i sounds so dramatic =.=

Merry XX Christmas

I know this is a late post to wish you guys a very Big Happy Merry Christmas. so what the hack. Happy Belated Big Happy Merry Christmas. i hope you guys had a great one.

Christmas seems a bit dull here in Dunedin. everyone stayed at home to celebrate with their loves ones unlike Malaysia.

Well, to my case of course. in fact this Christmas made me miss home. i mean like not that house home but Malaysia home.

I would be out at Christmas eve with friends celebrating the countdown even though i don't celebrate Christmas. but definitely the joy was there.

and new year eve i will definitely be for the countdown and by the time the clock struck 12.00am everyone will be shouting and spraying around with those colour string spray or the snow ones.

i will be there watching people spray around cause i don't wanna spend my freaking RM10 bucks for that thing with only 10 minute of enjoyment and getting myself dirty. lol.

and i definitely be home at 3ish to 4ish and once im home i will always see my dad there with the sleepy look, opening the front door for me while i was parking my car into the porch. he always wait up for me no matter how many times i asked him not to. my uncute dad is so sweet sometimes. lol.

I wanna go back to Malaysia T_______T

Big Happy Belated Merry Christmas!

Curry Puffs

Kelly and I decided to make curry puffs today for dinner.

although it may not look all that yummy. but i can tell you it was good. lol.

we made vegetarians ones cause Kelly is a vegetarian.

Potato curry for the filling

Vegetarian Potato Curry Puffs Recipe

Pastry:

400g Plain Flour (shifted)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
175g Margarine
180ml Cold Water

Filling:

2 Onions
5 Potatos
1 Pack instant curry paste of your choice
120ml Water

Method:

To prepare the filling, first dice both the onions and leave it aside for later use.
Remove the skin from the potato and chop in to 1cm cubes.
Now we are ready to cook! heat up the pan with oil enough to fry all the potatoes. fry the all potatoes till its slightly brown and take it out and leave it aside. (remember to keep stir frying the potatoes so it does not get burn at 1 side)
Now, if the pan still have some oil then you don't have to add extra oil. if it doesn't then add some oil enough to fry the onions. fry the onions till its soft.
Pour in the instant curry paste and stir fry for 2 minutes then add the water in. go on stir frying for another 2 minutes then add the potatoes.
Cook until the filling is dry. Dish out and cool the filling thoroughly.
Now for the Pastry, put sifted flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Rub margarine into flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Make a well in the centre and add in cold water to bind.
Turn the pastry onto a floured tabletop and roll out to 1/4cm thickness. Cut into a round with a 5cm round pastry cutter. Put a dessertspoon of filling in the centre of each pastry round. Fold pastry into half to enclose the filling. Seal by pinching and fluting the edges.
Deep-fry curry puffs in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on crushed absorbent kitchen paper.

And now its ready to EAT! =D

A Day Out

I was a Sunday, when the lazy me was still laying on the bed with the sleepy look was force to get up and wash up by Kelly to go to Church. T______T

thank god this church that i go to starts at 12pm. unlike other church that starts at 9am or 10am.

so i got up unwillingly. lol

Im a total lame'o.

i just don't know why these few days i am so lame.and i mean like lamer then normally. =.=

i think by brains are not functioning well.

too much of Insomnia can lead to total lame'ness. well for my case at least. lol.

just yesterday i was like singing off key the whole time (loudly) yesterday with the music blasting out loud from my laptop. and i did it on purpose. i don't know why. =.= i just wanna sing it that way. lol. and end up having a sore throat at night. =.=

cause anyway no one was home except Kelly so, screw that and blast music to the max.

then in the night i kept singing 'Fountain of Wayne - Stacy's Mum'. and shouting "MILF! MILF!" with Kelly. (MILF = Mum I Love to Fuck) LOL!

then i kept asking random and i mean damn random question like "jie, if you were to bang a girl. would you want a big boobs, or medium boobs, or small boobs or flat chest?" LOL.

i am SO lame. i dont need you to tell me im lame. i know that myself. lol.

well anyway, this post is just gonna be damn lame if i just go on and on about lame'ness. lol.

so anyway, i woke up like 8ish today just to go pick up my bed and bring it over to my new flat. Wooo! damn. cant wait till next year man. gonna live with Joseph, Nelson, Juno and Brian ('Fei Chai' i dont get it why they all call him that, cause he is not even fat. =.= )

so chilled at the new flat for a bit till like 10ish to sort out our room placing for our bed and cupboard, etc etc.

but after putting in batteries it works and it take great pictures. not bad for a 7.1 megapixel camera. lol.

so i guess in the mean time im gonna use this camera. cause Bea is not coming back next year. she decided to stay in Malaysia to continue her studies there.

so all her stuff is left here. so Kelly and i are actually still wondering what to do with her stuff.

if she wants the camera back then i guess i shall get my Canon Powershot A2000. but if she is not, i guess i will be using this so that my dad dont have to get a new camera. get to save his money. =D

Im back from work. and gosh it was busy today. i was like running around the restaurant doing what a typical waitress/cashier do.

and gosh i was tired. worked for like 4 and half hour today.

was so busy working the whole time till i didn't have the time to have dinner. T____T

thank god before i left she did gave me fried rice to bring back with me.

overall it was good today. no scolding for her at all. =D

i wonder how many times in a year do i complain about my weight. i think 1234567 times. lol.

even if i don't go back to Malaysia, it seems like im still putting on weight. !@$#%

im eating most of the time here. lol. nothing else better to do. =.=

and if im working i will probably have my dinner like 8ish or 9 ish?

gosh, thats like damn late. i will sure to be fat. then if i stay up real late sometimes i feel hungry too. so i will end up eating cereal because it doesn't contain much fats lol.

and weight : 51.5 kg (and why the fuck do i still look so chubby? i just check my weight)

and my BMI is = 18.9

wooo. damn. im in the ideal weight category. you should check your BMI out. its sort of kinda fun.

damn. did i told you that my navel piercing is gone. i mean like i took the barbell out to let the piercing close.

because, during last year summer holiday i got too carried away with the whole holiday mood and end up not putting any anticeptic cream on the piercing. so it got infected. T_______T

and my navel starts to reject the barbell. so yea the skin starts to split. sounds damn gross but thats how it is.

so anyway, i took the barbell out before my navel splits even more. =.=

so yea i have a scared navel.

but its not that scary though. lol.

so its like almost half a year now since i let my piercing go. T______T

im actually waiting for my scar to heal fast. and im gonna go pierce again. LOL!

hope this time, my body don't reject the barbell.

one thing i hate about navel piercing is it takes freaking 6 months to 1 year to fully heal completely.

if you have navel piercing or plan to have 1 please and i repeat please take care of your piercing.

because navel piercing is actually very easy to get infected because the piercing is always rubbing against your clothes and pants and skin (when you sit down).

so yea. think twice if you wanna get your navel pierce. its lots of hard work maintaining.

but for me, i don't mind all those hard work maintaining cause i love navel piercing so much.

Big Problem

I been having sleeping problem for like a month now. DAMN!

i hate Insomnia badly.

Do you feel like you are tired/ not tired and just go on laying on the bed for hours and hours and just cant seem to fall a sleep?

Do you feel stressful?

Do you feel restless?

Do you feel like you are having emotional outbursts?

Do you feel like you're having difficulty concentrating?

Do you usually wake up in the morning feeling unrefreshed or tired or grumpy during the day?

THEN! im telling you, you are having the same problem as i am.

this is a very sad case. T_____T

yesterday night i end up going to bed at 11.30pm cause my parents was complaining to me that i sleep real late at night.

and i end up rolling from left to right from 11.30pm till 3.00am and im still not asleep yet.

i was like damn. how i wish i have sleeping pills with me. T_____T

thanks to all this Insomnia thingy my eye blacks and bags are getting even more obvious.

i have to put tea bags on my eyes every night hoping to reduce the bags and blacks.

cause apparently tea bags works better then cold cucumber. so yea. give it a try if you are have terrible eye bags and blacks.

so anyway, i decide to take a look in the net about this Insomnia thing and what is causing it.

and i got this :

There are many things that can cause sleep problems. Insomnia may be caused by:

Stress. Stress can be caused by fear about a single event, such as giving a speech. Or you may have ongoing stress, such as worry about work. (am i having stress? work? my boss is a bitch. maybe from the flat moving issue? my bf is in a place where even he is 5 hours behind me? money? what is there to stress about? who am i kidding.)

Depression, anxiety, and other mental or emotional conditions. (nope. don't have that. no pms'ing either)

Poor sleep habits, such as watching TV in bed or not having a regular bedtime schedule. If you have trouble sleeping, you may worry about being able to fall asleep. This can make the problem worse. (im so having this then. poor sleeping habit sounds so like me)

Changes in your sleep habits or surroundings. This includes changes that happen where you sleep, such as noise, light, or sleeping in a different bed. It also includes changes in your sleep pattern, such as having jet lag or working a late shift. (hmm. noise! yes that! bed? hmm. maybe that too)

Pain, breathing problems, restless legs syndrome, and many other health problems. (nope. no pain, no breathing problems and those other stuff)

Using stimulants that can cause sleep problems, such as tobacco and caffeine, as well as certain medicines, alcohol, and drugs. (no no. im tabacco and caffeine free. i dont do drugs and not under any medication. except occasionally alcohol intake )

Lack of regular exercise. (okay i admit. lack of exercise is so me. T_____T )

Treatment for insomnia focuses on the reason why you don't sleep well. If you have a medical problem, such as chronic pain, or an emotional problem, such as stress, treating that problem may help you sleep better. You may be able to sleep better by making some small changes. It may help to:

Go to bed at the same time each night.

Get up at the same time each day.

Avoid caffeine or alcohol for several hours before bedtime.

Get regular exercise. But make sure you finish the exercise at least 4 hours before you go to bed.

Looks like no more late nights for me. cant drink Nescafe 3 in 1 anymore. and have to follow Moon and Nelson to the gym. and no daytime naps? i dont even take naps. =.=

Yesterday night i just suddenly have the urge to cut my hair.

in fact i have been thinking of cutting my fringe for days now. and yesterday night i just finally get up, walk to the drawer. open it. took out my hair scissors and start measuring my fringe. lol.

after deciding the how short/long i want it. i start cutting it off.

and damn. im so not use with myself having short fringe.

im always having long fringe. and if its not long i will be having like half short and half long. like slanting kinda cut.

cause i always believe long fringe helps me cover my chubby cheeks. lol.

im born chubby so yea. if i have like short fringe i will look chubby and do you know short fringe also emphasize your eye blacks and bags.

thats why i never really like short fringe. but i am so bored with my current fringe style. lol.

The New Toy

Presenting you the new Big Ass Massive Laptop of mine. lol

bought it yesterday. and yea. had to carry it like from the shop all the way back to the flat. and gosh its heavy. and its like 30 minutes walk. i was like "Jie, its so heavy. do you feel like helping me carry?"

and she just go on walking and ignore me. T_____T

but yea overall im damn happy with what i have. lol

took like ages just setting it up. like putting the programs i want in there. (and im still not done with it yet)

but i have already install my Photoshop CS3. and DAMN! i love CS3 so much. LOL.

i was using Photoshop CS2 for like a months or so, before i have to gave up my laptop to my dad. and before that i was using Photoshop 7.0. (i know. so outdated)

but now im up to date. and i heard that CS4 is coming out. or already out. hmmm. I so want it. LOL. and my daddy is gonna get it for me. gosh i love him so much.

i feel like im his most beloved princess now. lol.

anyway, carring on about the laptop. it took me AGES just transfering my files that i back up from my old laptop from His laptop to my new laptop.

and the worst thing is i dont know why the networking cable is not working.

so i have to use my 4GB use to transfer from folder to folder. i almost die of boredem. lol

anyway, at first i didnt know that this laptop was such a big ass. it looked like a normal size laptop in the display shelf tho. lol.

when i brought it back and after taking it out from the package and stuff, i put it beside His laptop. and i was like "Damn! my laptop is massive!" lol. the biggest laptop i ever have.

nevermind, the great graphic card and fast processer and the 320GB hard drive, this big ass is totally worth it. =D

well, anyway, yesterday we went to the Dunedin Santa Parade. it starts at 3pm.

the parade was such a blast.

there was even a Cadbury truck with people on it, throwing free chocolate. but how sad. i didnt caught any. T____T

all the kids rush and catch the chocolates. well, it will seem damn funny and weird if a big kid like me go run and like WEEEE! chocolates!

so yea, i was just standing there feeling bump watching the truck go by. LOL.

These few days been really shit to me. i have been having sleeping problems.

i just cant seem to sleep at night and all this lack of sleeping shits is making me look like crap.

i have like terrible eye blacks and bags. my eyes look so tired all the time.

and all this shits is making my mood all cranked up.

i feel so moody and i dont even have mood to even blog.

i dont even feel like updating the blog. i mean like the countdown part.

cause everyday even if i dont update a post i will definitely log into blogger and change the number of days.

seems like the motivation is gone.

how i wish i dont have to wait for 3 damn months.

and my stupid manager keep canceling my shifts leaving me to rot at home. WTF.

If you are wondering what the hell is Bibimbab then let me tell you. Bibimbap is a popular korean dish.

im too lazy to type about specifically what it is so im just gonna take Wikipedia's explanation.

This is what Wikipedia have to say about Bibimbap.

Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish. The word literally means "stirred/mixed rice" or "stirred/mixed meal." (It is also sometimes spelled "bibimba," "bibimbab,"b-bop" or "bibimbop").

Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. It can be served either cold or hot.

Vegetables commonly used in bibimbap include julienned cucumber, zucchini, mu (daikon), mushrooms, doraji (bellflower root), and gim, as well as spinach, soybean sprouts, and gosari (bracken fern stems). Dubu (tofu), either plain or sautéed, or a leaf of lettuce may be added, or chicken or seafood may be substituted for beef. For visual appeal, the vegetables are often placed so that adjacent colors complement each other.

So yea, thats what it is. and here is pictures of Bibimbap that i got it from Google.

So yea. thats how a Bibimbap look like.

For a Korean, Bibimbap is like a dish where they usually just mix up anything in a bowl and then they add the sesame oil and sauce.

Some even used leftovers food as its ingredient. for example mince meat.

Some just use anything that they have in their home.

and for my version of a simple vegetarian Bibimbap (i have to make vegetarian one because Kelly is a vegetarian) i shall share you my recipe. and by the way its healthy. =)

Ingredient:
Onions = cooked till it become slightly brown
Mushroom = slice it and cook it in a pot of boiling water for like 3-5 minutes
Lettuce = slice it thinly
Rice = cooked rice

Sauce:
Sesame oil (If possibletry to get Korean Sesame oil because it taste better than Chinese sesame oil)
Korean Hot Pepper Sauce
Tomato sauce (only a little)
Light soy sauce (Optional)

Method:
Mix all ingredient into a bowl and just toss them all together. Its just that simple.

And for us we even have some extras to go with it. Kimchi and Michealia's yummy chicken soup. =)

its fast and easy to make. if you want to make a non-vegetarian one. just stir-fry some mince meat and toss it in together with your Bibimbap.

Well, yesterday Kelly and I decide to go to town and help her to look for a job and window shop till like 7pm cause i gotta work by then.

we end up going to town at 3ish. kinda late tho. cause i was too busy chatting with Him.

well anyway, we totally have no luck finding a job that she wants.

but we did buy some stuffs tho. we bought a toothbrush stand, romance book (only Kelly reads it) and 100 colourful bobby pins. (typical me of wanting accessories stuff)

i was enjoying walking from 1 shop to the other just looking around but kelly say she feels bored. =.=

she is so not the kind of person that can shop for hours and hours and end up buying nothing.

well, after all those walking. around like 5ish. kelly say she is tired and she just wanna sit down and read her book. =.="

what a turn off.

so we went to tongs. (well, i call mc donalds, tongs cause i use to call it mc tong tong. sounds so cute but now i cut it short and call it tongs.) i know im weird. =D

well, then i get 2 cream cone ice cream and 1 large fries. cost me only $3.90. cheap. and a cup of water. free =D

by the way, i got my pay yesterday! and im so happy. i got NZD 94 bucks. and in total i just work for 9 hours.

its so way way better then my working times in Malaysia as a waitress in Klang Executive Club (KEC). the hours is like shit and the pay is worst then shit.

i work there from like 5pm to 12am as those occasion dinner waitress. (like wedding dinner or company annual dinner or anniversary dinner. whatever) so yea im the waitress there for like 7 hours.

and u know how much is my damn pay just for that 1 day? RM 30! WTF.

so damn little. come to think back of those times, i feel like im a poor labour working there. malaysia pay rate is so low. like $3 an hour?

so yea. pay is like shit. T______T
